Deconditioning of the core muscles, including abdominal and pelvic floor muscles (PFM), increases predisposition to injury, incontinence, sexual dysfunction diminishes quality life. As a monotherapy, HIFEM effectively strengthens PFM and, in synergy with radiofrequency (RF), fortifies muscles.
